Reiki is a gentle hands on healing process that can benefit a persons physical, emotional and spiritual well being. It can induce a deep sense of relaxation, a release of blockages you are struggling with, relieve mental and emotional stresses. Intuitive messages come through the session to help clear the energy that is needing to be addressed and give you a deeper understanding of what is healing. This session is provided in person or *distance *Distance sessions: You are in your home/space, resting or sleeping. I am in my home and I connect into your energy to give you the session through our energetic connection. When session is complete you will be sent notes as well we will connect by phone within 24hours to walk through what came up.
