By making an appointment with Mandy Ouellette/Roots and Wings Healing I accept the following Terms and Conditions:

I acknowledge that Mandy Ouellette/Roots and Wings Healing is an Intuitive, Certified Reiki Master in a private practice to provide energetic support that includes mental, emotional, physical and spiritual support. These healing sessions include the use of Reiki, intuition, tarot and oracle cards, pendulum and possible other healing modalities.

I understand that Mandy Ouellette/Roots and Wings Healing is not a medical professional and that she neither practices medicine nor takes the place of medical treatments or evaluations when needed.

I understand alternative healings are complementary therapies and are not a substitute for standard medical, mental health, psychotherapy treatment, chiropractic, dental etc.

​

I acknowledge it is my responsibility and choice to continue ongoing medical and mental health treatment and therapies until advised by my primary physician.

​

I understand it is essential to communicate closely with my primary physician if I am taking medications.

​

I understand that all sessions with Mandy Ouellette/Roots and Wings Healing have a no refund policy including Intuitive Healing with Reiki and Intuitive Guidance sessions. These healing sessions are completed in the exchange for the received payment.

I understand that each session is individually based and results will differ based on the energy and circumstances at that time. Results are not guaranteed and will vary as energy works on its own ability.

I understand that Mandy Ouellette/Roots and Wings Healing is not responsible for any personal choices made after an Intuitive Healing with Reiki session or an Intuitive Guidance session.

 

I understand my choices are solely my responsibility.
